*30* 2 glorious years

On March 29, 2008 I married the man of my dreams...two years later we continue to celebrate our love!

D and I spent last weekend at The Viewpoint Inn out in the Columbia Gorge. We went on a long wonderful hike, walked around Hood River and then ended the day with some wine at sunset and a delicious 7 course meal at The Viewpoint Inn where we were treated like royalty.

I love you David...here's to 2 years and counting...

Living the Courtside Dream

I won a contest at work and the prize was Courtside Press Table seats at the Trail Blazers vs. Mavericks game yesterday. My date for the evening was my husband (wearing his now-famous red blazer jacket). We had a great time experiencing the game like we never have before (and probably like we never will again) not-to-mention that it was a GREAT game and we won. Go Trail Blazers!!

Tourists in our hometown

D and I spent this past weekend as tourists in Portland and it was a blast. We went to the Japanese Gardens on Saturday for some tranquility followed by the Zoo with our goddaughter Leila and her folks Bryan and Becca on Sunday.

Here are some photos to share with you all!

80 and Fabulous...our trip home to celebrate!

D and I went back to Tucson a couple of weekends ago for some quality Russo family time and to surprise my grandpa for his 80th birthday. Here's the thing....no one would ever think my grandpa is 80 as he is in great health in mind, body and spirit!

Cheers to you Grandpa...to being 80 and Fabulous. We are so glad we could be there to celebrate with you.

*30* 2010 Greatness...and the photos to prove it!

So far so good for the year 2010. D and I have been working a lot but we have still managed to find a lot of time to have fun with family and friends.

Here are some photos of my father-in-laws birthday dinner (I cooked a leg of lamb and homemade apple mint jam), a night at the coast with some dear friends and our getway to Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

My homemade apple mint jam to go with the lamb...yum!

Proud Godmomma

On January 10th David and I officially became Godparents to the beautiful Leila Grace! She is truly a joy and we feel so honored and blessed that Bryan and Becca would choose us to support their growing family.

Here are some photos of the day...isn't she darling!
